Дерман Нариман Маметович родился 1 июня 1967 года, гражданин Украины, крымский татарин, житель посёлка Новоалексеевка Генического района Херсонской области Украины. Инвалид II группы, страдает эпилепсией, не работал. В октябре 2024 года приговорён по ч. 2 ст. 208 УК РФ («Участие на территории иностранного государства в вооружённом формировании, не предусмотренном законодательством данного государства, в целях, противоречащих интересам Российской Федерации») 3 годам 6 месяцам колонии строгого режима с отбыванием первого года в тюрьме. Лишён свободы с 8 февраля 2024 года.
