Бикбулатов Мурат Амирханович родился предположительно 1 сентября 1970 года, житель Республики Башкортостан, гражданин России. 26 февраля 2025 года приговорён по ч. 2 ст. 212 УК РФ («Участие в массовых беспорядках, сопровождавшихся насилием, применением предметов, представляющих опасность для окружающих, а также оказанием вооружённого сопротивления представителю власти») и ч. 1 ст. 318 УК РФ («Применение насилия, не опасного для жизни или здоровья, либо угроза применения насилия в отношении представителя власти или его близких в связи с исполнением им своих должностных обязанностей») к 5 годам лишения свободы в исправительной колонии общего режима. 6 июня 2025 года в апелляции срок наказания снижен до 4 лет 9 месяцев лишения свободы в исправительной колонии общего режима. Лишён свободы не ранее января 2024 года.
